I guide women through somatic practices, deep attunement and listening to you and your body to move toward a place of healing, self-awareness, and renewal.
This isn’t about “fixing” anything. It’s about honoring where you are and creating space to reconnect with your body, your needs, and your inner wisdom.

I offer warm, nurturing, and transformative spaces for women to return home to themselves. My role is that of a guide, witness, and a midwife for women’s unique journeys of healing, self-discovery, and re-birth.
What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic therapy is a body-based healing approach that integrates the mind, emotions, and nervous system to support deep healing and transformation. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which focuses primarily on thoughts and emotions, somatic therapy works through the body’s wisdom—helping to release stored tension, trauma, and stress patterns that may be keeping you stuck in cycles of burnout, disconnection, or overwhelm.
This work helps you shift on a cellular level, gently rewiring old patterns so you can step into a more embodied, empowered version of yourself.
My Approach
My sessions offer a combination of somatic therapy, movement, energy healing, and nervous system support. I help women regulate their bodies, release stored trauma, and reconnect with their innate wisdom. My work is trauma-informed, body-based, and rooted in the understanding that true healing happens when we listen to the body and restore our connection to self.
