I create body-based sanctuaries of nourishment and reconnection for women to heal, transform, and reclaim lives of ease, joy and fulfillment.
My sessions offer a combination of somatic therapy, movement therapy, energy healing, and belief change work. I support women in rebalancing their nervous systems, releasing stored trauma, unraveling limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with their innate wisdom.
My work is trauma-informed, body-based, and rooted in the understanding that true healing happens when we listen to the body and restore our connection to self.

What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic therapy is a body-based healing approach that integrates the mind, emotions, and nervous system to support deep healing and transformation. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which focuses primarily on thoughts and emotions, somatic therapy works through the body’s wisdom—helping to release stored tension, trauma, and stress patterns that may be keeping you stuck in cycles of burnout, disconnection, or overwhelm.
This work helps you shift on a cellular level, gently rewiring old patterns so you can step into a more embodied, empowered and fully alive and resourced version of yourself.
